Shipping policy
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all locations within Sweden. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We primarily use Postnord for reliable delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order to ensure the most fair pricing:

Note: For certain product categories, a flat rate "Leverans Sverige" of 299.00 kr may apply.
3. Processing & Delivery Time
We know you want your inspection hatches as soon as possible.
● Fulfillment Time: We aim to process and prepare your order for shipment by the next business day.
● Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes between 2 to 4 business days.
Example: An order placed on a Monday is usually processed by Tuesday and delivered between Friday and the following Monday.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to Postnord, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the Postnord website or app.
5. Delivery Delays
While we and Postnord strive to meet all delivery timelines, occasionally delays may occur due to high seasonal volume or logistical issues. If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact our support team. In accordance with Swedish consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order if a delay is unreasonable.
6. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected from the service point (ombud) within the required timeframe (usually 7 days), it will be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the return shipping and administrative costs for unclaimed parcels.
