1. GENERAL CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. In accordance with Swedish law, we do not enter into contracts with minors (under 18 years of age) without parental consent.

2. PRICING AND TAXES (VAT)

● All prices displayed on the website include Swedish VAT (moms) at the applicable rate (25%).
● We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in VAT, currency fluctuations, or errors in pricing information.
● Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. DELIVERY AND DELAYS

We strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. However, if a delivery delay occurs, you have the right to cancel your purchase if the new proposed delivery date is not accepted, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Our return policy is governed by the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag 2005:59 om distansavtal).
● You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase.
● Note: Custom-made or specially ordered inspection hatches (måttbeställda varor) are exempt from the right of withdrawal once production has started.

7. GUARANTEES AND COMPLAINTS (REKLAMATION)

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have a 3-year right to claim defects.
● Faulty products must be reported within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.
● Two months is always considered a reasonable time for notification.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Inspektionsluckor.se shall not be liable for any indirect damages that may arise due to the product, such as installation costs or damage to property, unless required by mandatory Swedish law.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be settled primarily through discussion with our customer service. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN) or a Swedish general court.
